If you want to get hostel for college so you can directly talk to the authority of your college. You didn't mention any college name above. So you talk to them directly. Because if your Bcom college have hostel facility then they will give you hostel definitely.

But may be for pandemic situation degree colleges are closed for physical classes but they are continue their classes through online. And that's why hostel are also closed dear.
