The exact date for the announcement of results of the 4th allotment list is not mentioned on the website but most probably the result will be out in the first week of August. The result will be uploaded on the official websites so keep an eye on the website and stay updated.

If you have applied for keam , you must have knew that the allotment list of third round was out  on 17th of July . But there is no official date announced till now for the results of allotment list of fourth round . It can be out soon . You should wait and keep hope . Best of luck for the results!
