You have not mentioned the course in which you are interested to seek admission. Based on the information available in your profile we consider that you are an Engineering aspirant. Admission in Birla Institute of Technology, Mersa is based on All India Rank secured in JEE Main. You have to appear for JEE Main and qualify in it. You do not have to fill any separate form for admission in this college. The seats are filled through  Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB)/   Joint Seat Allocation Authority  (JOSAA) counselling.
