As we know that as of now in Maharashtra cases are gradually decreasing and the circumstances are becoming favorable and the Maharashtra government has decided to keep the colleges closed till November 30th as a precautional measure and if we discuss about the latest UGC Guidelines then it clearly states that from November 1st new session should be started for first year students either in online made or offline mode whichever will be most convenient as per the situation. There is no any news regarding reopening of colleges in Maharashtra. As of now online classes system has been adopted by almost all institutions.
