Hey,

 The cutoffs were suppose to be released by 13th August but as the information was not official by the authorities of delhi university the information remained vage and nothing was confirmed. Hence the chances be very less for the 8th cutoff to be released now as th sessions in almost every college of du has already began and also the number of seats vacant are pretty less. Still hope for the best they might release it in the last week of August.  Till then keep checking the official website of du.
