Well the authorities of university has not made any official announcement for the 9th cutoff yet. So nothing can be confirmed yet. But according to varies colleges information the seat for the reserved category are still vacant in top colleges of du like srcc Hindu. So even if there is a 9th cutoff that would be only for reserved category people and not for the general one. If du plans to fo they might do it in the this week itself and might not extend it to further next month.
