The University of Delhi has stated that Colleges, Departments, and Centers would reopen in stages. Till now, reopening would begin from September 15, that too, only for practical work for Final Year UG and PG students. Although from Sep 6, libraries will be permitted to reopen. Only the issuance of books can be authorised if there is a shortage of appropriate space, bearing in mind social distance. So, for theory classes,DU has said offline classes would continue and an official notice has been released on du.ac.in.
