There is no official information about this, however during unlock 5.0, schools in AP have started so may be soon colleges will also in 3rd week of this month. I would suggest you to contact the officials of college members to know the exact information regarding opening of college for first year students. However for other years students,  online classes are being held.

Every college or institute is closed as per the prevailing COVID 19 pandemic. This information would not be available at the official website. The norms and regulations would be followed by the government to open the institutes. So, as if there is no information regarding the opening of institutes, it will be closed as per. However, government is coming up with norms to re-open the colleges. So, it will be opened soon.
