if you are not a person who has studied in the tamilnadu state at all, you can only apply through the Other state quota. You have to hope that you have a cut off of atleast 198-199 to get the CSE branch in either the CEG or the MIT campus.

As, of now, counselling didn't start and the merit list has not been announced so kindly stay patient.
