when will the registration start for the 1st year mbbs course 2020-21 in this college?

Greetings

Sorry dear but you haven't mentioned the name of the college but yes admission into medical colleges is through neet examination so admission in medical colleges will start after the declaration of neet results through neet counselling.

Some colleges like AFMC etc will be conducting their own counselling and admission process , they will release the required neet cut off .

If I tell you about neet 2020 then counselling process will start in the third week of June 2020 for the first round while seat allotment results will be there by last week of June 2020 and if you managed to get then you will have to report to allotted college by first week of July 2020 for admission.
