For admission to colleges under Delhi University you should apply online via Delhi University Admission Portal available at http://www.du.ac.in/du/index.php?page=ug-admission . This year's admission portal is closed for this year's academic entry. All colleges have the same portal for registration and counselling. But for St. Stephens application has to be moved separately.
