Dear candidate, your question is incomplete. It neither mentioned about which counselling you are talking about that may be MBBS, engineering or MD, MD not it states any particular exam. But if it's about NEET counselling then it will be done in 3 rounds including the mop up round. It will be conducted online for 1st and 2nd round while offline for mop up round. Dates are not informed for any of the procedures or rounds.
