Hello.,
You have to apply for caste certificate at concerned government office.
And that should be issued before April 1st.

I suggest you to apply it as soon as possible and contact the concerned government office and tell them your emergency, and make it done soon.

Hello Rangaswamy, before uploading document you have to Register first. For registration use the link i have provided below. Using that link go on user portal. Login to your portal by using your login Id and a password. Form will be open which you have fill allready. Some additional field are there, so fill that fields also.

After entering all details you have to upload documents. I hope you know the documents to upload.

And cast certificate is mandetory to upload. So you have to upload your cast certificate.
