Sonu, NTA is the exam conducting authority for MBBS course across India. NTA has released the online applications for NEET exam in December and the correction window has closed on January 31st. Right now, Candidates who have registered for NEET but haven't filled the application form can complete the application form and make their payments. There are designated exam cities across India to appear for NEET. It is not clear if you have registered for NEET. If you have registered, your exam city will be given in the admit card. But if your question is totally different from this, please do  help us with the question in any language that you are comfortable with and we shall help you with relevant information.
