BTech Biotechnology is a very demanding and common course among the students who want to go into the research field of biotech engineering . It is a full time course provided for 4 years divided into 8 semesters. Students can choose a course from top domains including Engineering, Architecture, Design, Law, Applied Science, Business Studies, Management, Behavioral and Social Sciences, Economics, Media, Humanities, and more. Biology students can take the written exam, but they won't be able to take the SSB interview unless they have a 12th certificate from either the PCM or PCMB stream. If you are a science, commerce, or arts student, you can give NDA.  you can do B tech in biotechnology. The course you choose is a reflection of your passion for that discipline. There are many students who were not from math background, and they are doing well. You won't get admission in nits and iits if you don't score above 75% above board. Jee main score is else valid for all other colleges. But your admission depends on criteria of a particular college..
