At this rank, you cannot get any NIT or IIIT in the CSE or ECE branch, whereas you can get GFTIs in the CSE branch ---

1. Central University of Technology Kokrajar, Assam

2. CSVTU Bhilai, Mizoram University , Aizwal

3. North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong

4. School of Engineering, Tezpur

5. HNB Garhwal University, Srinagar

6. Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra

For the ECE branch, there are 2-3 colleges added -

1. J.K. Institute of Applied Physics and Technology, Allahabad

2. Assam University, Silchar

3. National University of Electronics and IT , Aurangabad

Rest colleges are the same as the CSE branch.
