If a student is qualified 12th having PHY,CHEM, and BIO then you can go for BBA+MBA and BCA+MBA.But not in engineering as for engineering Mathematics is must in 10+2.

Also in BCA sum college looks for Mathematics in 10+2 while the other can give admission to the students from any stream whether you are from arts or science.

The minimum criteria to get admission in any good university is to score 60% aggregate in 12th.
