Hey Aspirant !
Whenever you participate in the counselling procedure for the MBBS seat in the Medical Colleges of your state through the State Quota, a Domicile Certificate is a must which would state that you have been a resident of the State continuously for the past 10 years.
Without the domicile certificate, you won't be entitled to procure a seat in the college through State Quota, be it in Govt. one or the Private one.
