Preparing your own syllabus may help you a little.But it is not at all enough.That too TN syllabus is very basic level syllabus.You can't score a very good marks with your syllabus alone. In addition read cbse books read more and more books . Enjoy and understand the concepts that's enough to crack neet. Neet is very simple compared to Jee so do well. All the best
