Dear student,
Only the student who has cleared JEE Mains is eligible to give JEE Advanced . Now clearly, as your JEE Mains rank is 4646, so obviously you are eligible to give JEE Advance. But both the exams JEE Mains and JEE Advance for this year had already been completed.
So, if you are thinking to give JEE Advance the next year, with this year JEE Mains rank, then let me tell you that, it is not possible. For the next year JEE Advanced this year JEE Mains rank is not valid.
And also, there are only two chances to give JEE Advanced. So, also check that, how many times you have given the exam.
Hope this helps.
