Hence, whichever subject you have scored the least, will be taken out/removed from calculating your percentgae and from the remaining five subjects, yoru percentage would be calculated.

Your 5 subjects would be (i)one language, (ii) PCM, (iii) Optional.
In your case, if you consider English as language then you would have the option to choose between Hindi and Biology as your 5th subject.
Eligibility criteria: If you're from general category then Your 12th board percentage should be a minimum of 75% or you should be in top 20 percentile of your respective board. Read the link below for more information.
