You can apply for josaa counselling ,Assuming  the general category you can get some lower nit's or your home state nit as the cutoff is low and also you can get a seat in csab , although chances are less  . Apart from nit , you can apply for iiit and various gfti also , which offer admission through josaa and you can apply for state counselling for applying to the state government colleges .

As you have secured 193228 rank in jee mains then there is no chance that you can get nits or iiits or any gftis. But still you must participate in josaa counseling.
As you have secured rank in JEE mains then you can participate in josaa counselling and try your luck. Now if you are in doubt that which colleges you should apply for, then the answer is simple - fill all your available choices of colleges . Select order as - from top colleges or top nits to lower college or lower nits, after that fill all gftis in choices.
As you have qualified JEE mains then nearly 420 filling choices are available for you so use them all.
Also note that you must include lower nits in your choices, because if you belong from their home state then you can easily get lower nits.
