crash courses are provided by premier institutions like Aakash or Allen which is much reputed in ensuring students a fair chance in doing well in NEET over the years, is not well known for its crash courses
you could sit at home and also practice by the byju's app but I am not sure how well it would do you for a crash course just four months before the examination
the alternate option you have other than Aakash is to solve previous years more MCQ papers to help you with your preparation and also improve on your time management question selection skills for your exam on 5th may 2019
