Well actually all the good institute consider the 10+2 marks i.e 12th board as important as the JEE .

In order to get admission in any college like,the IIT'S OR NIT'S you need to qualify the JEE mains and have an aggregate of 70% atleast in 12th board.There are some private colleges which do not consider boards or JEE marks as an important critera for admission.

Since,you've scored good in your JEE as well as board ,you might be able to get admission in good colleges .
