95%ile will be near around 50% marks in CAT exam. If you have been well in academics and basic concepts of logic and analysis then for sure you can get >95%ile with a dedicated preparation of 1-2 months.
P.S. If you belong from General category, you won't get many opportunities for MBA admission with 95%ile.
Same you can assume for the rest percentiles.
