All NIT and IIITs and IIT are definitely best as they are amongst government colleges and of national importance.
Other top colleges are BITS Pilani, Delhi University, RVCOE Bangalore, VJTI Mumbai, SPcE Munbai which are some top private engineering colleges for best placements and rnakings and on eof best learning facilities.
