I understand your problem but  Please specify what is your marks in the intermediate so that it will be easier to evaluate college for you at civil engineering. Also specify your jee mains rank if you attempted it. Repost the question in the QNA section so that it can be evaluated easily.

Some colleges are DTU, JSS, AKGIM, ABES and alot more.
