After B.Sc other than research line and teacher line you can do -

1) can give Union public service commission examination (UPSC exams)

2) can give state public service commission exams

3)  can give combine graduate level exam.

4) apply for other government jobs released timely which require graduates.

These were options for government jobs. One can also do jobs in private sector like health sector, agriculture, industries etc.
