There are a few government colleges which do not have rural bonds. Below is the list of those colleges:

• Madras Medical College
• Tiruvannamalai Medical College
• Coimbatore Medical College
• Chengalpattu Medical College
• Govt. Pudukkottai Medical College Hospital

Tamil Nadu has a 5 year Rural Service Bond as per official guidelines.
