Science courses available at Delhi University are B.Sc Chemistry, Physics, Zoology, Botany, etc. Admission to these courses are on the basis of marks in three science subjects (PCB/PCM). Also, Cutoff vary every year and is different for every course and college.  So, it would be difficult to tell you. You can check the previous year cutoff trend for reference.
