There are so many colleges are offered for BTech CSE or computer science engineering department. This is one department of engineering and after graduation you will be a computer engineer.

So for engineering course you have to give any entrance examination otherwise you can't get admission in any college. Like you have to give JEE Mains examination or any state engineering entrance examination or any college own entrance examination. So without giving examination you can't join this course.
