basically most of the colleges also provide single specialization but thet dot mention that they are also offfering MBA in dual specializations you can  contact with  college directly about your queries regarding specialization

Many of the B-Schools in India offer dual specialisation. Where one can take any two subjects and that will be studied by the student in 2nd year. There is also some different curriculum followed by some of the B-Schools where the student has the option to take one subject as major while the other into minors. Colleges under CMAT, MAT, CAT etc. offer dual specialisation courses in MBA.

Today there are a majority of MBA colleges in india that offer dual specialisation.
Let me explain this to you, although most colleges don't mention it when you go to your 2nd year you will have to choose subject in the areas you wish to specialise. Each college has a separate criteria about a particular number of subject that you have to take to major in a particular area. If you take the same number of subjects in another area then you major in that too. Hence you get a MBA degree with dual majors.
