basically most of the colleges also provide single specialization but thet dot mention that they are also offfering MBA in dual specializations you can  contact with  college directly about your queries regarding specialization

Many of the B-Schools in India offer dual specialisation. Where one can take any two subjects and that will be studied by the student in 2nd year. There is also some different curriculum followed by some of the B-Schools where the student has the option to take one subject as major while the other into minors. Colleges under CMAT, MAT, CAT etc. offer dual specialisation courses in MBA.
