If you're looking for jobs in Aeronautical field, then you can complete your B.Tech in aeronautical or Aerospace engineering. There are very few companies which recruit B.Tech aeronautical engineers as design engineers. But doing M.Tech or MS in the relevant field can help you to get a job in ISRO or DRDO or HAL etc.
