You can get into many colleges as per your rank in the UPSEE exam. Since this year's cutoffs are not declared yet. With a SC rank of 5855 and a general rank of 65999, according to previous years cutoffs you can get - CSE, ECE, EEE, civil, chemical, and IT among many others.
