If we take previous year's cut off as the basis then only patna medical college has a cut off of 445 for sc category for state quota students. Rest all the colleges of patna has a cut off below 420 for sc category hence you are eligible for rest of the colleges. Keep in mind the cut off changes every year so this year's cut off may increase or decrease than previous year's cut off due to various factors.
