CAT is a nationwide Entrance Exam where as ICET is a state-level Entrance Exam. The trouble level of the CAT Exam is high when contrasted with ICET. The opposition is restricted to up-and-comers of that specific state just for IECT Exam whereas concerning CAT Exam, the opposition is there at the national level.

The ICET test was directed in the web-based mode for admissions to MBA courses in schools/colleges of Telangana/Andhra state and its associated organizations. CAT is essentially for confirmation in IIMs spread the whole way across the nation and to other private and government universities like FMS, Delhi, and so on.

Most certainly CAT is smarter to give since it gets you into top B-schools in India.
