Inorder to prepare well for the Mathematics to crack the IIT-JEE first you need to thorough with the basic concepts and for that NCERT, RD SHARMA will be the key books inorder to build up your confidence and after that go with the higher level books like CENGAGE and all . After the completion of your syllabus try to solve mock test and previous 10 years JEE mains papers which will help you a lot to understand the whole scenario of IIT-JEE.

Hello Rohit, thanks for asking this question on this platform.if we talk about the books for preparing maths for JEE then firstly try to clear your fundamentals from NCERT 11-12th class maths books then go to CENGAGE for calculas ,algebra, vector .if you will complete CENGAGE then you can easily score very good marks in the exam .thanks

As far as JEE mains is concerned,strictly follow the syllabus prescribed by NCERT.

The books which shall satisfactorily cater to your needs will include NCERT,a good practice book (maybe R.D.Sharma) and a higher level book which improves your way of thinking(maybe arihant).

Understand the concepts properly and try to solve as many questions as you can.

Solve mock question papers and previous year question papers.
