Yes, Difficulty level of MHT CET will be par to JEE Main. There will be no negative marking. 11th class will hold 20% weightage and 12th class will hold 80% of weightage. You should refer your text book first after that you can refer to MTG, Marvel, Pradnya and Disha books. Make sure you solve complete mock test series to know where you stand among other competitors, So, that you can analyze and improve your performance. All the Best!!
