For Neet andd Aiims prepartions the books recommanded:-

1. Ncert Biology-the first and foremost choice

2. Dinesh Companion Biology-Only certain topics

3.Coaching modules

4.Mcq books - Arihant Objective biology or Dinesh Mcqs

5. For AIIMS refer toMTG assertion and reasoning book for over 5000 asertion and reasonings.

Ncert and your institute notes (is you go to one.) The latter is not an absolute necessity but desirable. 

Whatever parts are not clear you can definitely  look up to videos on YouTube as I've noticed that there's a lot of stuff these days. 

 

 

Firstly what you need is to completely cover the NCERT books.  After that you may go through Truman's Biology, and also the books for AIIMS that are published by Mtg publications. Those books really help a lot. Moreover, you should keep your concepts clear as it is required much for answering the Assertion-Reasoning questions.

Dont think of too many books right now 11th and 12th ncert books should be under ur finger tips and attend ur school /college regularly and be attentive and write down all d notes told by dem.
Go through the already written notes and underlined stuff in ur text book.
Den solve as many as previous papers and give mock tests and note down d mistakes u have done in d tests soo dat u understand in which topics u are weak and can go through dem.
Revision is the key success.Inspite of dat if u hav tym go through other books like OBJECTIVE PUBLICATIONS BY DINESH; PRADEEPS PUBLICATIONS ; GRB BATHLAS PUBLICATION ; TRUEMANS BIOLOGY VOL 1 AND VOL 2.
But if u haven't studied ny of dese new books b4 dont try dese books in last minute bcuz it will.panic u evn more. Yaa its just a suggestion finally plan urself be honest and believe in urself which will bring u success:)

NEET-UG and AIIMS is primarily based on the NCERT textbook. Biology NCERT should be your bible. Every world, diagram and picture(with captions) is important.

You can then revise by practising past paper MCQs, and read ARIHANT, GRB or PRADEEP for extra ingfo as a few questions will be out of syllabus.

First follow the ncert ,then u can go for arihant or GRB

Firstly I would suggest you to go through well with NCERT Books as it will help you to clear your basic concepts. Then you can prefer other books for Biology given below:

    Trueman's Biology Vol 1 and 2
    Objective Biology by Dinesh
    Pradeep Publication's Biology
