Hey

for NEET-UG

biology- NCERT is the only book you should read because 95% questions are asked from ncert with that you should solve mcq questions to see how a confusing question is made out of a simple statement. That saves your time in the exam

physics- if your base is strong you should solve packages say Aakash package questions or go for books like H.C Verma for tough questions asked in the exam.

Chemistry- go for a book that offers a lot of organic questions. One such book is Pradeep NEET UG for chemistry it is really helpful for organic & inorganic chemistry.

Inorganic chemistry should be read only from ncert & for physical chemistry solve packages or ncert back exercises.

Best of luck

First and Foremost the books I would suggest you is :- NCERT Textbooks of Physics, Chemistry and Biology of 11th and 12th standard.

Other books are HC Verma's Physics Volume 1 and Volume 2. For Chemistry books by OP Tandon , Chemical Calculations by RC Mukherjee.

Also after every chapter you finish solve mcqs of that respective chapter. Make sure that all your concepts are clear before starting with mcqs. Set a target for each day.

There are many other books available but make sure whichever book you study, study it so thoroughly so that later you have no doubts.

If you still have any queries feel free to ask in the comment section down below.

All the best.

I think the book like SL Arora will be very app along with contributions from Dinesh and Arihant in physics for practicing the type of numericals which are asked in such examinations
for chemistry op Agarwal on op tandon a good books which will give you a clear concept of the type of reaction mechanism are associated MCQ based questions which are asked on the different parts of organic chemistry and physical chemistry
The Dinesh biology series apart from the NCERT or veer Bala rastogi whichever one you may like a also good books for MCQ preparation for neet in biology
the study material provided by Aakash and Allen morales encompasses The gist from all the standard books to even trying them out might be useful if you are comfortable with it
