Vellore Institute of Technology has four campuses in the country:- Vellore, Chennai, Bhopal, Amaravati.
I am attaching a link to the previous year cutoff rank trend of VITEEE entrance exam (Vellore campus and Chennai campus only) here:-

As you can observe, you cannot get any branch at these two old Campuses of Vellore Institute of Technology with your rank of approximately 78,000 in VITEEE 2019.
You need to try for VIT Bhopal and Amaravati Campuses only.
You'll definitely get some branch there. But not any popular branch like Computer Science Engineering or Electronics and Communication engineering.
