You should opt for the Engineering branch in which you are interested. You can puruse higher studies after completing B.Tech in your favourite branch.
There are opportunities after all the three branches.  Also, Jadavpur University is one of the best Universities and placement records of the University are also good.
Go for the branch in which you are interested.
