It won't be fair to compare among these. As far as job opportunities are concerned, all are similar. Otherwise also, all of these are interesting. Choose according to your own interest. Don't go by others' view. That would be better.

It depends on the interest as well. All three are having scope in one way or another.

Veterinary is done to treat the animals, bds is only focusing more towards dental and bams is ayurvedic treatment of human body.

All three branches are good branches. It depends on interest. You can do well in any of these if you work hard. Take veterinary if you like animals. Take bds if you feel like you want to help peolpe with dental troubles. Take bams if you want to study ayurvedic medicine and healing.
