Sorry, you have scored very less to get a seat in VIT VELLORE or VIT CHENNAI as they are top colleges and have higher cuttoffs. 

You can try in other two branches of VIT(AMRAVATI, BHOPAL) but it will be difficult for you to get higher branches like CSE , IT, etc.

I would suggest you to look for other colleges or entrance exam or take a drop this year and study hard for next year exam.
