First of all congratulations for your great result in JEE Mains. As you have scored above 80 percentile u can directly apply for admission but the cut-off for each and every branch of engineering is decided by University for various Departments of School of Engineering & School of Natural Science and varies every year depending on the overall percentile the applied students have achieved in that year. Also your board marks will be taken into consideration.

To get seat in B.Tech CSE or B.Tech ECE in Shiv Nadar University, Noida you should get rank in between 65,000 to 1,10,000.
