This comes under BC Category. And EWS reservation is for Candidates who belong to General Category and do not avail any benefits of OBC,SC and ST. But as you are eligible to avail both 3A and 3B Category benefits, you are not eligible for EWS reservation. In other words, EWS Reservation is for Economically Backward Candidates of Open Category alone and not any other Category.
