Solve previous years question papers of neet ug , you will have idea about the topics which are frequently asked.. this will also serve you as the practise set.
However also read the solved examples of ncert book of physics and chemistry, because they are repeated/ asked as it is.
The topics which are frequently asked in physics part includes :-
Modern physics (semiconductors.  Atom and nuclei, photo electic effect. 1 quest gaurantee. etc etc), wave optics , electric charges , current , magnetic effect of current, em waves( 1 quest gaurantee), read it from ncert part i physics of class 12th)  , mechanics, gravitation ,vector (1 quest gaurantee), thermodynamics, Emi, work,power and energy..
In chemistry part the important topics includes.
Name reaction of organic chemistry, solid state,solution(colligative properties , 1 quest gaurantee); s and p block, coordination chemistry, mole concept, thermodynamics, kinetics of reaction, ideal gas. Etc etc..

For Physics:Mechanics is the most important topic. 12-13 questions were asked on it last time. Apart from that, Electrodynamics, Heat and Thermodynamics, SHM and Waves, and Optics are important topics.

and For Chemistry: Organic Chemistry dominates the chemistry question paper. 14-15 questions were from topics related to it. Inorganic Chemistry accounted for 16 questions last year.

Mechanics and electrodynamics dominate Physics question paper and in chemistry, almost all organic, inorganic and physical chemistry carry equal weightage. In inorganic chemistry, P block is the most important. In organic, all chapters are equally important, for understanding as well as for exam.
