Ofcourse MIT Pune but if and only if you are very much interested in btech as it is affiliated to Pune University and they are famous for their backlogs.

If we talk about YMCA, it os a good  college bit not better than MIT pune. 

YMCA IS A GOVT AIDED STATE COLLEGEand hence fee structure will be lower.

It has also good accredition.

MIT is a pvt institution and hence you will have to shelve more fees,and no doubt it has better credentials in terms of faculty and campus placements.

Now its all upon upto you.
