BE Computer Science and Engineering in New Horizon College of Engineering, Bangalore has lower fees. Both the colleges have 120 seats for CSE and both are AICTE Approved. But New Horizon College of Engineering is NAAC A accreditation. New Horizon College of Engineering is Autonomous college whereas KLU is a deemed university. New Horizon College of Engineering is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi.
