See both of this colleges are of same stature but if you have to compare between this two then I would recommend you to go for SRCE college. This is because SRCE have better infrastructure in terms of labs and libraries. You will find more specialized teacher in SRCE compared to that of SECE. Also the placements are moderate between both of this college but the average placement package are more than that of SECE. So I would recommend you to go for SREC.
